We provide everything you need for a comfortable, effortless stay, including premium linens, bath and hot tub towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. 🌿🏡 —this home delivers an unforgettable experience from the moment you arrive.

Step inside to discover a beautifully designed space with upscale finishes, high ceilings, expansive windows, cozy furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. The open-concept living area features large windows with uninterrupted river views, a smart TV for movie nights 🎬, and a fireplace 🔥 for chilly evenings. The fully stocked kitchen 🍳 has everything you need to whip up meals, including stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker ☕, and all the essentials, such as a refrigerator, blender, toaster, electric oven, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, various pots, pans, and utensils. We provide dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels.

🧂We do not provide condiments, spices, seasonings, or other cooking essentials, so you may want to bring your favorites.

🎱 🕴GUEST CAPACITY: The total number of guests allowed on the premises is strictly limited to 8, as specified in the reservation. No outside visitors or overnight guests are permitted.

🪩NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS: the hosting of such events is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 7:00am

With four spacious bedrooms, this luxury home comfortably accommodates your entire group. Each of the four comfortable bedrooms features expansive windows and offers a river view, providing breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Plush mattresses, soft linens, and serene décor ensure a restful night's sleep.

Each Bedroom has its closet, luggage rack, mirrors, ceiling fan, and table lamp. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and feature luxury amenities, including walk-in showers and fluffy towels 🛁

- Primary Bedroom (third level): King-size bed, balcony with river view, bathroom featuring a soaking tub and double sink vanity, TV, one baby monitor, and kids' books. Sleeps 2

- Bedroom 2 (second level): Queen-size bed with closet, river view, one baby monitor, kids books, Sleeps 2.

- Bedroom 3 (second level): Queen bed with closet, river view, Sleeps 2.

- Bedroom 4 (first level): King-size bed, river view, bathroom, Sleeps 2

Other:

- Laundry room (second level): well-equipped with a Maytag washer and dryer, as well as a sink.

- Bathrooms: three full bathrooms and two half baths.

Please note that while the house is child-friendly, it is not childproof. Adult supervision of children is required at all times. Guests are responsible for assembling and operating each item and must supervise their children at all times. Here are the items available for your convenience:

Kitchen equipped with kids’ utensils, plates, sippy cups, a bottle warmer, and two Fisher-Price Toddler Booster Seats (under the coffee station).

Bumbo Baby Soft Foam Seat (located in the kitchen under the stove cabinet).

High chair (stored in the laundry room).

Two potty chairs (in the half bath on the second level and in the master bathroom under the sink).

Graco Pack ‘n Play On The Go Playard, Kaden (in the basement bedroom), with mattress and mattress protector.

✅ Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete a few pre-arrival steps including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit. We know security deposits aren't anyone's favorite part of vacation planning 😅, so we've made the process as simple as possible by giving you two deposit options to choose from. To keep everything quick and secure, we use Happy Guest. There's no app to download, no account to create, and the process only takes a few minutes. As a bonus, you'll also get access to your personal guest portal, where you'll find everything you need for your stay—including house information, check-in details, and our favorite local restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, and hidden gems around the Shenandoah Valley. 🌿🏡

- Luray Caverns (15 minutes away) offers a stunning way to appreciate Mother Nature's beauty. The ticket price includes entry to all the car museums as well as the adjacent Luray Valley Museum. Other notable caverns in the area include Skyline, Endless, and Shenandoah.
