The story of Canoe River Retreat
Canoe started as a dream: a place on the Shenandoah where our family could slow down, be outdoors, and make memories together.
The dream
We fell in love with this stretch of the Shenandoah River and its views of the Blue Ridge.
The build
We were part of every step, from framing and trim-out to choosing each finish. Our kids even helped paint the walls.
The welcome
Today we're honored to share Canoe with families and friends looking for their own riverside memories.

That's why you'll find a high chair in the kitchen, a Pack ’n Play ready for little ones, hot tub towels by the door, and a game room for every age. Every bedroom faces the river, so everyone wakes up to the view.
